What size Roll Off Dumpster is right for my project?

• 20 cubic yard - a 20 yard dumpster is a great size for small to medium home improvement projects; yard clean up; construction jobs with heavy debris, such as dirt, concrete or roofing.

• 30 cubic yard - a 30 yard dumpster is a great size for medium to larger scale home improvement projects; complete remodels; home cleanout; construction jobs (no heavy debris- concrete, dirt or roofing).

• 40 cubic yard - a 40 yard dumpster is a perfect size for loading with a front end loader or tractor for yard clean up due to the taller height of the dumpster; large construction jobs (no heavy debris- concrete, dirt or roofing).

What can I put into the dumpster?

Because we take your waste to the landfill, you may dispose of anything that is accepted at the landfill. These items are accepted: normal household garbage, non-hazardous commercial waste, construction debris, concrete & asphalt, yard waste, tree branches, dry waste, clean fill - soil, contaminated soil, treated lumber.
Construction debris such as dirt, concrete and roofing should only go in a 20-yard container, as the larger container gets too heavy to safely haul on our truck.
Any hazardous chemicals or liquids or batteries must go to a chemical waste facility, as they are not permitted at the landfill.

TIP: You should always check the weather when planning to rent a dumpster. Some items are absorbable and will weigh more at the landfill if it has rained (i.e., carpet, furniture, insulation, etc.). This is the customer’s responsibility and the landfill fee does not take the weight of wet material into account.

How long can I rent the dumpster?

Our dumpster rental prices and scheduling is set for 2-weeks (14 days). If you need to keep it longer, there is a per-day rental fee of $10/day and is subject to our waitlist and availability.

What type of payments do you accept?

We take most forms of payment, including; Cash, Check, ACH, and major Credit Cards.

You will be asked to fill out the Container Request and Agreement prior to the delivery of the dumpster*.

*The completion of this form is required for container rental. Availability and rental for the exact dates requested solely depends on the status of our inventory. We will communicate our availability as quickly as possible.

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in serving our customers directly with reliable service, fair pricing, and personal accountability.
Please note: We do not provide quotes or rent our dumpsters to other dumpster rental companies. Our equipment, labor, and services are reserved exclusively for direct customers and are not available for resale, subcontracting, or third-party profit. If you are a dumpster rental business unable to fulfill a customer's request, we welcome referrals — but the customer must contact us directly to arrange service under their own name and account. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to fair business practices.
